I purchased an 80GB external hard drive through dell, Soon after the fan started making a funny noise, Chris, I think his name is understood my problem and took it upon himself to do what he thought was best. Fast response and delivery. Very nice customer service (which is a change in this country being from Canada). Went above and beyond the call of duty. If this is not excellent customer service I don't know what is... ALL I WANT TO SAY IS WAY TO GO. This is the best customer service I have ever heard over here, and you were the best company to deal with, and my girlfriend which has lived in this country all her live agreed as well.. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER SALES IS 2nd TO NONE.

Just felt I ought to drop you a line to let you know I've been seriously impressed with the way you have supported my customer over this issue. As an Account Manager, it can often be tricky to get a Vendor to display this level of support, let alone to see it being offered as a matter of course.
